I highly recommend Home Away III Day Care Center. My son had the most beautiful experience. He started when he was 1 1/2 years old. Ms. Patty and Ms. Maritza are the best. Also Ms. Tatiana always very professional. My son is 5 now going to kindergarten sad that he is living the center, but happy that he has learned so much and made wonderful friends thanks to the care of this extraordinary center!!!

We don’t know where to start in terms of how happy we are with the loving care and education our daughter is receiving. Home Away III Daycare is a family away from home for my 18 month old. The teachers are excellent! They are great leaders who are warm and loving, but firm when necessary. They do a great job with paying attention to details. The facility is brand new and very clean.

Home Away lII is a great child care center that was recommended by a few of my husband’s co-workers. We enrolled our son at the age of 2 and then our daughter at the age of 4 months old. Our son is now 4 years old and he seems to be very happy with the day care and he loves his teachers, Ms. Patty and Ms. Maritza. He comes home from school and sings me songs that he learned and reads me stories that he is being introduced to, such as “The Napping House” and “Little Owl’s Night.”

Our daughter was well taken care of in the infant room. She is now in the toddler 1 room with Ms. Claudia and Ms. Pamela. My husband and I are very thankful for the faculty and owners of Home Away III! Thank you for taking good care of our children!

If you are looking for a clean and safe environment for your child, I highly recommend this daycare. My son attended Home Away III Child Care Center at the age of 2. As a first time mom, l was hesitant in enrolling him in a daycare but after visiting and researching various daycares, Home Away III Child Care Center was my choice. The staff was very understandable to my needs and made me feel comfortable in leaving him there. I enjoyed their feedback on how the day went with him, if he ate less than normal or did not nap etc. The environment was indicative of learning which is highly important to me. He was not playing all day but also learning and therefore, he had a great transition into Pre-K3. Because I had such a great experience with my son, I later enrolled my daughter. I also enrolled her at the age of 2. Again, a great experience from the staffing to the quality of care. I would give it more stars if I could!

This daycare has taught my daughter who is only 3 much more than what i knew when I was three. At this point my daughter can count upto 20 and almost spell her complicated name. They are very alert and always contact me when my daughter comes in with a missing earring or bruise on her eye. Every incident was correctly documented and always advised when she did not eat her lunch. Lastly no mater what time of the day it is I have never smelled dirty diapers or uncleanliness. I went on an unannounced visit to the infant room because i am planning on putting my unborn child here as well and all children were clean and quiet. I have had a great experience here and Tatiana is always available to answer my questions as a mother I have many concerning questions and I am never left dissatisfied.

Both of my sons attended this center until they turned four years old. My oldest son has ADHD and impulse control difficulties, so it was very difficult to find a daycare that was sensitive to his needs. When he first attended Home Away III, I immediately knew it would be a good fit. He no longer came home crying and upset about things that happened at school. He was happy, he had fun and he even learned his ABCs/ the days of the week/ the months of the year.

I observed a lesson once and I was impressed with the questions the teacher was asking the children. They seemed to enjoy the lesson and were engaged with the teacher. This child care center not only taught my sons important lessons, but they had a lot of fun while doing it. Unlike other PK-3 / PK-4 programs I have seen, the children are allowed to have fun while they are learning. There is plenty of time for pretend play. My favorite part is that TV is not a major part of the program. The children are only allowed to watch TV only one hour per week (the previous daycare my son attended put TV on for the children both in the morning and afternoon everyday). The other times, they are having fun and learning.

My youngest son has severe food allergies, and they are very careful with his food preparation. I never felt worried that he might eat something he was not supposed. Also, both my sons have asthma and they were very diligent with giving them medication (as per my request).

My sons both had wonderful teachers at this center. Currently, Ms. Maritza and Ms. Patti are my son’s teachers. He has nothing but great things to say about them and I can tell that they really care for my son. The teachers in the toddler rooms have worked with my son as well, and he had good experiences with all of them.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a good place for their children. The class sizes are small, the teachers are great, and my children were always kept safe.

This is a GEM of a Daycare right in the heart of Union City!! Top-notch and with reasonable prices! Look no further, this Daycare is phenomenal! We enrolled my 2 year old son in September of 2017 and we could not be happier with the decision we made in choosing this daycare! From the second we walk through the door each morning, we are greeted with nothing but smiles beginning with Ms. Carmen and by each staff member as we walk to my son’s classroom. Because of his amazing teachers, Ms. Claudia and Ms. Elizabeth, he has come home singing his ABCs and other nursery rhymes, counting, knowing his colors, letters, doing a variety of projects, etc. by far exceeding our expectations. He has even learned how to speak English fluently! (We have only spoken to him in Spanish-at home) The Director, Ms. Cathy, and the Supervisor, Ms. Tatiana, are professional and always available to answer questions and provide us with a detailed list of foods and snacks they consume on a daily basis. They do an amazing job of keeping us informed of every detail as to my son’s day. I will miss bringing my son here once he enters Pre-K but could not be any happier with how much he has learned and how much he has grown during his time at Home Away!! We HIGHLY recommend them!
